Culinary Herb Class - June 10, 2023, 4-6pm

Enjoy an afternoon on the farm at this make and take workshop focused on culinary herbs. Visitors will make their very own kitchen herb pot and learn how to plant and take care of their herbs. 
 
Sara will take you on an amazing journey to learn how to utilize these culinary delights. Discover the appropriate way to harvest your herbs, techniques for preparation for recipes, and different ways to preserve your herbs. 
 
After your minds have been filled, we will fill your senses with a wonderful light meal utilizing the herbs you've spent your afternoon discovering. The menu will include grilled herb seasoned tilapia, mixed salad with fresh herb dressing, fresh focaccia with rosemary and herbed butter, bruschetta with pesto and a lovely lemon lavender cupcake. 
 
Your ticket will cover the cost of your project and the meal. If weather is not cooperating, we will establish a rain date. There are no refunds. A limited number of tickets will be sold.
